Refund policy

- Returning or exchanging the product is a right for all our customers, and includes all the products we offer in our store.

- All products displayed in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- The product can be returned or exchanged if it is in its original condition when purchased and packed in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within three (7) days from the date of receipt, and no request will be considered after the expiry of the period.

- In case of a return or exchange request, please photograph the product and send it by email, specifying the city, address and order number.

The product will be replaced with another one free of charge if the product is defective, has a manufacturing defect, or does not work as agreed upon in the product advertisement and product page.

- Shipping costs are deducted at fifty dirhams (30AED) if the customer does not want the product and the latter does not suffer from a defect or problem mentioned.
