How to prepare Madinah Dakka at home:

- 250 grams of black peppercorns.
- 125 grams of Kamrani salt.
- 1.5 kg of roasted sesame.
- 2.5 kg of coriander seeds.
- 1 kg of cumin seeds.
- 125 grams of lemon salt.
- 250 grams of rose water (optional).

Preparation :
- Toast the cumin seeds in a skillet until fragrant, then remove from heat.
- Repeat the same process with the coriander seeds.
- Roast the sesame seeds until well toasted.
- Mix all the roasted ingredients together and grind until smooth.
- Add lemon salt and rose water (if using) and mix well.
- Store the mixture in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
